Overdevelopment of San Benito County has already destroyed too much of the agricultural beauty that the county is known for. This project would destroy farmland and create extra pressure on our infrastructure and the developers would fund less than 5% of the necessary costs for transportation improvements - leaving taxpayers on the hook for the other 95%.
